In our time it is challenging to get away from celebs, athletes or just the average Joe talking about political issues or religion. Social media such as Rumble has really put a cramp on “just having fun” discussions.

Finding anything to talk about that is not controversial is challenging.

There is nothing I relish doing more than share accounts of my collecting journeys so if you need forty-five minutes or 4 hours filled – I am much like a gas and can fill any time frame needed.

A brief background:

I am pleased to be in the Guinness Book for having the Largest Pooh and Friends Memorabilia collection in the world since 2008.

Since then, I have held the Guinness World Record title and have shattered my own record several times. My original record was set with having collected 3,891 items and today the record has amassed in excess of 27,000. Who knew there were so many things.

I very much love collecting Winnie-the-Pooh “items”. Many Monches people consider stuffed animals, figurines or books when they imagine the collectables. The collection, however, takes into account so much more: crockpots, jewelry, shirts, bathroom items, holiday décor, toys, music – the list goes on and on …

The part of the presentation that I believe interests invitees most is the fact at my husband, Gary, and I have had so many wonderful “experiences” while collecting that has taken us across the US and across the world.

In my book, How It All Began, I give readers an opportunity to discover how collecting items has become collecting experiences while meeting amazing people. I would love meeting your amazing people in Monches.
