Nowadays it is tough to get away from celebrities, athletes or just the average Joe talking about politics or religion. Social media such as X has really put a cramp on “just having fun” dialogue.

Finding anything to chat about that is not controversial is challenging.

I am thrilled to bring a fun and engaging Winnie-the-Pooh slideshow presentation. During arrival mingle time I can also share entertaining Winnie-the-Pooh Quiz Questions and Pooh quotes with a musical background.

A little background:

I am privileged to be in the Guinness Book for having the Largest Winnie the Pooh and Friends Memorabilia collection in the world since 2008.

Since then, I have held the Guinness World Record title and have crushed my own record multiple times. My original record was set with having collected 3,891 items and today the record has amassed to over 27,000. Who knew there were so many things.

I very much appreciate collecting Pooh “items”. Many Hartford people think of plush, figurines or books when they visualize the collectables. The collection, however, is comprised of so much more: candy dishes, necklaces, sweaters, bathroom items, holiday décor, toys, music – the list goes on and on …

The part of the presentation that I believe interests guests most is the fact at my husband, Gary, and I have had so many magnificent “experiences” while collecting that has taken us across the United Stated and across the globe.

In my book, How It All Began, I give readers an opportunity to discover how collecting items has become collecting experiences while meeting amazing people. I would love meeting your amazing invitees in Hartford.
