Finding anything to chat about that is not controversial is challenging.

A brief background:

I am grateful to be in the Guinness Book for having the Largest Pooh and Friends Memorabilia collection in the world since 2008.

Since then, I have held the Guinness World Record title and have broken my own record several times. My first record was set with having collected 3,891 items and today the record has amassed in excess of 27,000. Who knew there were so many things.

I very much appreciate collecting Pooh “items”. Many Belle Isle individuals think of stuffies, figurines or books when they envision the memorabilia. The collection, however, is comprised of so much more: spice jars, bracelets, hats, bathroom items, holiday décor, toys, music – the list goes on and on …

The part of the presentation that I believe interests guests most is the fact at my husband, Gary, and I have had so many great “experiences” while collecting that has taken us across the US and across the world.

In my book, How It All Began, I give readers an opportunity to discover how collecting items has become collecting experiences while meeting amazing people. I would relish meeting your amazing invitees in Belle Isle.
